LTC(Ret) Wendell Harris

Senior Army Instructor (SAI)

LTC (Ret) Wendell Harris, has been the Senior Army Instructor for Clear Creek HS JROTC since 2007.  He served over 20 years as an active duty Army Officer. LTC Harris served in a variety of leadership positions all over the world culminating in a tour in the Pentagon.  Upon his retirement he served as an Instructor at the University of Houston ROTC department.   Among his various awards he earned a Legion of Merit and was named as the Clear Creek HS Teacher of the Year in 2013.  He holds a Bachelors of Business Administration Degree from Lamar University and Masters in Business Science from Central Michigan University.
